After building iiixl.com, we worked with IIIXL founder Sickamore to reimagine his personal website within the studio’s new design system.

Sickamore is a legendary figure in hip-hop, known today as the world-class A&R for stars like Travis Scott, YG, and Don Toliver. His career began in the early 2000s selling hip-hop mixtapes in New York City. Some of these mixtapes are on YouTube, but the complete collection never made it online. In fact, it could only be found in one place: a box of CDs kept by his mother.

With great care, we digitized and sleeved this CD collection at our Ridgewood studio. We then designed and built a custom audio player with SoundCloud and IIIXL's Sanity CMS. Now, for the first time, you can stream Sickamore’s mixtape catalog exclusively from sick.iiixl.com.
